WUSA Application Processing Journey
Step 1 — Submission
Applicant View: The applicant submits their documents, and contact details. Status appears as Submitted — Verification Started.
What Happens Behind the Scenes: The system automatically scans for duplicate profiles, flags incomplete forms, and assigns a unique case ID for tracking.
- Case number generated (e.g. WUSA-CASE-20251001-0922)
- Auto-confirmation
- Submission timestamp stored in our audit system
Step 2 — Under Review
Applicant View: WUSA’s compliance officers are reviewing submitted documents and validating references. Status: Under Review — Checks in Progress.
WUSA Actions:
- Validate legal existence.
- Verify identification number.
- Conduct Assurance
- Be sure of the applicant
- Cross-verify
Step 3 — Compliance & Background Vetting
Applicant View: The job remains temporarily hidden while in-depth background analysis occurs.
WUSA Actions:
- Conduct screening using internal and public databases.
- Confirm the legitimacy of hiring contact persons
- Match data
- Generate internal compliance score (0–100%) to determine eligibility.
Only profiles that score 80%+ proceed to manual final approval.
Step 4 — Approved & Verified
Applicant View: The applicant now has a Verified Badge. Their jobs can now be done confidently.
WUSA Actions:
- Assign verification certificate (e.g. WUSA-VER-20251001-1345)
- Digitally sign compliance report
- Activate job listing on the portal and mark employer as verified.
Step 5 — Processed 100%
Applicant View: The job is live, visible on the portal, and protected by WUSA’s verified network.
WUSA Actions:
- Generate final compliance report
- Enable job-applicant matching and application intake.
- Maintain traceable log as user proceeds to VISA appointment and Travel
Step 6 — Monitoring & Renewal
Applicant View: Verified employers remain under WUSA monitoring. Status may show “Renewal Due” after 6–42 months.
WUSA Actions:
- Track employer performance, job completion, and applicant feedback.
- Trigger re-verification every 12 months or upon compliance updates.
- Deactivate or suspend employers failing renewal or compliance tests.
This ensures continued trust and job safety for all users in the WUSA network.
